Execute Status SQL/Integration with 3rdparty app

Hello,

I use software called "zabbix" for monitoring and would like to integrate testlink into it to provide a summary of what's going on with a given software release. This picture illustrates the summary I am after:

Is there a way to query this information from the testlink API or would it be possible for you guys to reveal to me the raw SQL queries that produce that report?
